Dust Circuit

★★★★☆ 4.1 Editor rating

Dust Circuit is unapologetic arcade racing. The cars slide like they're on ice, and once you make peace with that, chaining drifts through desert canyons becomes deeply satisfying. There's no simulation pretension here, just speed and boost management.

Controls default to tilt but there's a solid touch option, and I stuck with the on-screen buttons for precision. Tracks are short enough for a quick race and varied enough that you don't memorise them in an afternoon. Boost builds from drifting, so playing clean pays off.

It leans a bit heavy on unlocking cars over time, and the rubber-band AI can be annoying on higher difficulties. Still, for a burst of adrenaline in a few minutes, it delivers.
